Denim Card Rules
- Qualifying denim purchases from all CS locations will accumulate toward a free pair.
- Silver, Mavi, Buffalo, and Guess brand jeans that are reduced not more than 25% of the original price qualify.
- Refunded pairs will be deducted from the purchase history.
- Any qualifying pair on layaway must be paid in full prior to the free pair being given.
- Once a free pair is given any of the 5 qualifying purchases will become exchange only, no credit will be offered.
- All participants must register in our pos system and be issued a customer number in order to participate.
- Each qualifying purchase must be made with the customer number, this cannot be changed after the time of purchase.
- Friends and family can share the card, although as mentioned, the same customer number needs to be used at the time of purchase in each case.
- In order to qualify, all purchases must be made either on or before the expiry date, no exceptions will apply.
- In order to receive the free pair, the customer that was issued the card must be present and provide appropriate ID.
- Loyalty cards will be collected when the free pair is given.
- Purchases will be marked on the loyalty card, and final confirmation of eligibility for the free pair will be determined by the computer recorded purchases.
- Free pairs will be entered into the customers history in the CS POS system.
- CS computer records will be the final deciding factor in
issuing a free pair of jeans. - CS will not be liable in any way for lost cards, purchases that are not applied to the correct customer number, or any other discrepancy from our own internal records .
