Returns and Refunds
City Streets prides itself on its high level of customer service offered, and our return policy is an extension of this customer focused philosophy.
Customers must present themselves for return with the bill of sale. In order to be eligible, customers must return items within 120 days from the date of purchase. The item's must be new unworn and unwashed and/or defective.
If the receipt is not presented, only an exchange or credit note can be issued.
